– Lemon juice
– 1½ -2 cups of pure (filtered) water
– Sugar (honey-NOT for VEGAN) by taste
Preparation of Ginger tea:
-1. Peel the root of ginger and wash it thoroughly
-2. Slice the root of ginger into thin slices
-3. Put water in a pot and boil
-4. Add the ginger slices
-5. Put a lid on the pot and allow mixture to simmer about 10 min.
-6. Strain the water to remove ginger
-7. Squeeze lemon and put juice as per your taste
-8. Put sweetener by your taste
-9. Stir well and enjoy your ginger tea
You can drink and cold tea if you put in a fridge for 30 min and add ice cubs before serving.
