Fat bulges are
something that a lot of people don`t like to have. It makes that our clothes
look bad and fit tight, our thighs jiggle and usually they stay even we do big
efforts to eliminate it. If you have too much of fat tissue and fat bulges it`s
increasing your risk for certain illnesses and diseases like diabetes type 2 and heart disease. A lot of researchers were

A human body has two
types of fat: brown fat cells and white fat cells. When you start to understand
the difference between these fat cells then it will help you to lose weight.
White fat cells are what we see like a blubber or thin layer on the human arms,
backs, belly and on the thighs. This white fat cell is acting like a
thermal insulator and is keeping our body temperatures stable.

brown fat cells create heat and are less abundant. Actually these brown fat
cells are warming our body by burning calories or energy.
White fat cells,
however, can take on brown fat cells characteristics and can produce product
–Beige fat.
All this process is
called – browning. Because brown fat cells and beige fat cells are capable of
burning calories, they are a great positive force for weight loss. An excess of
white fat cells are associated with obesity and weight gain.
Different researchers
when they had a study on people have shown that some groups tend to have more
brown fat cells than others.
People with high
blood sugar have less brown fat cells than people with normal blood sugar
-Obese people have
less brown fat cells than slender people
-Elderly people have
less brown fat cells than younger people
Tim Ferriss had
written a book “The Four-Hour Body” and it includes the concept for activating
brown fat cells. You can do that if you expose yourself with the frigid
temperatures and burning your fat. He added ice therapy to a workout routine
and healthy eating.
The other researchers
said that we can stimulate burning fat by applying ice compresses for 30 to 60
min. on areas where we have fatty tissues. The transfer of white to brown
tissue is encouraging by applying these ice packs on places where we have fat.
That will help to use and for our weight loss.
This method is
cooling the skin and causing the elimination of fat cells.
How to apply ice packs?
Wrap the ice with a
cloth and put him on an affected area for 30 to 60 min. Repeat this process for
the next 12 days once per day.
The only one danger
in this procedure is frostbite so be careful with using ice compresses and lift
them from time to time.
